Prelims run during normal school time — the rest of the school keeps its usual timetable. Availability comes from the weekly staff timetable, not a full day off: Grade 12's own teacher for this period is freed up (their class isn't running), while a teacher who teaches this exact subject to Grade 12 is excluded as a conflict of interest — except CAT/IT, who stay near the computer lab.
Pick a Start Period and End Period (e.g. Period 5 to Period 8) — invigilators are rostered for the whole of the End Period regardless of exactly when the paper finishes inside it. Periods aren't assumed to be a fixed length — the app only knows Period 8 finishes when "School day ends at" says it does, and spreads Periods 1–7 evenly before that. Only use "Or ends at time" if the paper genuinely runs past the school day ending — leave it blank otherwise.
Uses the same subject, venue and rooms entered above. Since there's no timetable after school closes, any teacher not already booked elsewhere is available — except the subject's own Grade 12 teacher(s), still excluded as a conflict of interest (unless CAT/IT).
